Great work on the ambience and the atmosphere. Good punjabi vibes and music. The staff was so polite and friendly. Quick service and i loved their cutlery - true traditional experience.
The only critic is overly priced menu! $9 for butter nan which was not up to mark at all. Totally recommend the methi paratha though and their clay oven kebab items. Only going back if someone else is paying coz it’s too pricey. Avg $65 per person spent which includes only 1 alc drink and NO dessert.
We were booked for dinner on the 16 Sep 2023 at 8.30 pm for 5 of us. We clearly stated during the phone call that we will be with a 2 months infant, but we were NOT made aware that there will be loud music. On arrival, we were promised an internal table in the corner where music won't be that loud. All through our dinner there was a speaker right above our table sporadically becoming extremely loud and making the infant cry and turning our dinner into a fight against time with gulping hot spicy food and managing a crying baby. We requested multiple times to reduce the sound but in vain. If you just need your customer's money, I am happy to throw some on your face, you need not make our experience horrible.
I have recently moved to Adelaide and was looking for an Indian restaurant with good vibes, staffing and definitely food. I came here with my partner and we tried this restaurant for the first time. The food is 👌🏻 their chicken tikka tastes just perfect. The presentation of this restaurant is fabulous with the ambience and the music. The staff is super friendly, makes you feel like home. This restaurant is also a best place for occasions and they present everything so perfectly as you asked for. I love to be their regular customer now. We had dinner for birthday food was good . we had 4 dishes in mains ,chicken tikka only tiny two pieces of chicken rest was gravy even not enough to share with other person in $26 per dish . Every item have less quantity as per price they say enough for two but not at all .
We visited this place because of the live music we heard from next door when we eat around this area. We love Indian food then we decided to visit this place and its amazing, the place, the food, lamb rogan, chicken biryani, goat, butter chicken, all yummy food, dont forget to order garlic chees nan. Woooowww. The service also 100000000/10, thanks to the lady who serve us and explain the menu.
I have ordered through Uber and the quantity is tiny... They have charged $18 where as other are charging $7. They didn't placed any photo or details in Uber eats. Check the photo.... Does it seems to be worth of $18?
What an exorbitant price for very sad food. I don’t mind paying $30 for a curry but it needs to be the best curry of Adelaide,; unfortunately today’s take away tasted really bad. The way they are going it is not long they will be closing their doors soon. Just another fad in life.
The food was incredibly delicious, and the staff was absolutely amazing. Their humility and politeness left me speechless. We decided to have dinner there to celebrate my husband's birthday, and they truly made it a special occasion. Not only did they surprise us with a birthday message displayed on a board, but they also conducted a small ceremony at the end. We had an absolutely fantastic time.
